Join a 60-minute slow flow yoga and mindful movement practice each week.
This class will be a combination of heart openers, hip stretches, balancing poses and restorative poses. Poses during slow flow are sustained to help you build joint stability, deep core awareness, and release tight muscles. Movement is synchronized with your breath, but transitions are slow, graceful, and intentional.
This offering is a gentle class that is open to all levels of experience.
